A continuous parcel opening video is mandatory for any claim related to:

  • Missing items
  • Damaged products
  • Wrong product received
  • Broken jewellery
  • Empty parcel

The video must:

  • Start before opening the sealed package.
  • Clearly show the shipping label.
  • Show the package from all sides.
  • Be recorded in one continuous shot without pauses or edits.
  • Clearly display the unboxing and all items received.

No claims for missing, damaged, incorrect, or empty parcels will be accepted without an uninterrupted parcel opening video.

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
